The Crucible Program. Learn, Grow, Lead You, Lead others.
Leadership development for university students
What Is the Crucible Program?
The Crucible Program is a 12-week leadership and personal development program designed for university and vocational students in their 1st or 2nd year of study. It helps students take charge of their lives by building practical skills they often don’t learn in class — like time management, networking, communication, visibility, volunteering, and self-care. By the end of the program, students not only think differently — they live and lead differently.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. The Crucible program is registered and a legitimate program with proven results. (see testimonials for reviews from real people who completed the program.)
You must be in your 1st or 2nd year of university or a vocational student. We need people who are available every Tuesday at 8PM EAT for one hour. If you ghost classes without reason, we remove you — simple. Crucible isn’t a group project; we expect real commitment. “The first step of leadership is showing up.”
We are entirely online. This makes it effective and convenient for the program to function.
Yes. The entire program is online — students join from South Sudan, Kampala, or wherever they have internet. Just show up every Tuesday night from wherever you are.
We offer grace — life happens. But if you consistently don’t show up and don’t communicate, that’s a problem. Attendance is part of the program's core values. Show up, speak up, grow up.
Yes. You’ll get a certificate of completion and — if you commit — a recommendation letter from the program advisor. This boosts your CV, scholarship chances, and job prospects.
Yes. The program is priced to maintain quality and commitment. Previous cohorts paid 30,000 UGX to 100,000 UGX. The upcoming cohort may pay around 130,000 UGX (final price to be confirmed). For the value you get, it's a steal.
Real-life stuff. Plan your week, write a project plan, volunteer somewhere, map your network — assignments that make you think, act, and grow. No school-like homework — just useful practice.
Yes! Crucible alumni stay in touch, support each other, and might return in future cohorts as speakers or mentors. We’re planning an annual Crucible Connect event to keep the network growing — because strong connections open big doors.
